    • When any information is requested through lead generation form, messages or calls
    • While registering for a particular course
    • When communicating with Trekskills for further assistance
    • While making payment for any service
    • Connecting with us through our social media profiles pages on LinkedIn.
  • Information collected through this site is kept confidential and not passed to third party organizations for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party.
  • Trekskills uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies from third parties like Google, Facebook and affiliate marketing agencies. Cookies are small data files that are served by third party tools and stored on your device. We use cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including operating and personalizing the website. Method of Payment

  • We accept payments online using credit/debit card in USD, GBP, EUR, AED & INR currency.

Delivery/Shipment Policy

  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
  • Cancellation Policy 
    The purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to TrekSkills in the event that the whatever reason a delegate fails to attend, withdraws, or transfers from a course without providing at least 48 hours’ written notice prior to the scheduled start of the course. In this respect, a cancellation fee refers to a specific course state, and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation.
     Scheduled courses.
  • 0 to 7 days. 50% of the course fee is Payable.
  • 8 to 15 days. 30% of the course fee Is Payable.
  • 16 to 30 days. 10% of the course is Payable.

     In Between the training.

The purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to TrekSkills in the event that the whatever reason a delegate fails to attend the complete course once the training started:

  • 100 % of the course fee is payable as the trainer is booked for that particular batch.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
